The Avika's uses the service of the reputed courier service providers to provide shipping in almost all parts of India (depending on the courier vendor confirmation). We strive to ensure the on-time delivery of Domestic orders.

ReshmaKeeda tries its best to deliver the product to you as soon as possible. On average, it takes about 5-7 days to deliver your product to your doorstep. There might be a delay in the deliveries sometimes due to:

In such cases, our customer support team will get in touch with you and inform you via email.  We will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused by the delay in the delivery. Also, the customer can cancel the order at any moment of time even if the delivery time exceeds the expected time of delivery. For all the prepaid orders, the customer will get their refund in their bank accounts as the orders get successfully canceled.

Items are only delivered on business days. Apart from Sundays, there are certain holidays throughout the year that are not considered business days. Deliveries will not happen on these days.

Orders above the value of Rs.1,500 are eligible for free delivery. Cash on Delivery or COD is also available for orders that are above Rs.1,500 only.
